The customer will be entitled to return the products if he:

• receives products he did not order;
• receives expired products; or
• receives damaged products.

You are responsible for checking that the products match the order after receiving them. Please match the items received to the invoice and, if anything is missing, please tell our delivery person immediately because we will not accept any subsequent complaints. In case it is unable to provide a replacement product of the same quantity and type as ordered, Milsing d.o.o. will refund to the customer the costs of returning the products and the value of the products it is no longer able to supply.
