In normal circumstances, the products will be delivered to the customer on a business day within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order or within no more than 10 business days according to shipping provider’s delivery schedule in case of island addresses. If we anticipate that delivery will take more than 10 business days or that the product requested cannot be delivered for any reason whatsoever, you will be informed of this at the e-mail address you specified when making your payment after checking with the provider.

In locations where organized shipping is available, the parcel will be delivered directly to your home. Where no organized parcel shipping is available, the post or the courier will notify you of the arrival of your parcel and you may collect it according to the dates specified by the shipping provider. Milsing d.o.o. or the authorized delivery provider reserves the right to request at the time of delivery for the recipient to be identified by presenting an identity document and to refuse to deliver in case such identification is not obtained. The recipient confirms his receipt of the products by signing the delivery note or any other relevant document.
